Why should I order from M.E.T. Boutique? What makes M.E.T. Boutique different than the rest?
M.E.T. Boutique is a faith based business. We are very personable and will only provide you with the very best customer service. You will receive an answer to your calls, texts, and emails within 24 hours of contact. We take our business seriously and believe our customers deserve the best and are very important to us!
When should I place an order?
When an item is posted to our site, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. If you want the item, you will need to place an order immediately. All items sell fast and we cannot guarantee any items will be in stock if you do not order in a timely manner. Some items sell out within minutes of being posted. We DO NOT hold items for customers. First come, first served. So, act quickly or your item may not be available. We do not guarantee restocking of any merchandise once sold out!
How do I place an order?

You may also place an order in person via cash, credit card, debit card, PayPal, or CashApp.
Invoicing option available upon request. (Must have a valid email address)
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard Shipping: 7-10 days (after processing) - $7.95
Priority Shipping: 5-7 days (after processing) - $15
Express Shipping: 3-5 days (after processing) - $28
You will need to indicate your preferred shipping method at time of purchase or it your order will automatically be be shipped via standard shipping.
I've ordered, now what?
Once you have completed your order and you receive your order confirmation number on the "Thank you" page, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email you used to place your order. Once you receive your confirmation email, that's all you need. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include all information that you need including your order tracking number. Please note, once your order is placed, there is no need to contact us to let us know that you placed an order or to inquire about the length of time your order will take to get to you. We will refer you to the "Help" page to review our shipping timelines and guidelines.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You may then begin tracking your package.
I didn't receive my order confirmation email, what do I do?
Every order has a confirmation email sent to the email used during the ordering process. If you have not received this email, you will need to check your email "junk" folder or "spam" folder for the email. Once found, you will need to add M.E.T. Boutique's email to your contact list to ensure you receive all other emails from us in your "inbox".
How will my order ship if I have more than one item?
All items usually ship together, however, there are instances where we may mail the items in your order separately if we feel that some items may possibly get to you quicker than other items. If your order is shipped separately, all tracking numbers will be sent to you via email when your order ships.
How do I make an Exchange/Return?
Because of the fast paced fashion business, we cannot guarantee that products are available to exchange. If exchange is possible, products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase providing the products have not been used, worn, or damaged, etc. If you would like to exchange products and the items you would like to exchange them for are not available, you will be issued a refund, however, shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds will NOT be issued until the item is received back into our warehouse. It is the responsibility of the customer to email M.E.T. Boutique the tracking number of the returned items when shipped. We will track shipments closely and process your refund upon the arrival of the products. An email will be sent to customer once the refund has been processed.
